Project Planning: We talked to our draftsman to prepare the plans that would match the client’s vision before our Warner builders started work.
Client Brief: Our client had a vision for a large, outdoor entertainment area appropriate for their acreage property in Warner. They needed more privacy from the street than what their existing property could offer, but they did not want to compromosive on their view.
Project Location: Warner, Brisbane, QLD
Work Overview
Most importantly, the client wanted their new outdoor entertainment area to look like it is an integral part of the property, not an afterthought. It needed to look like it was supposed to have been there in the first place. To achieve our client’s vision we have:
- Installed a new flyover patio roof over the exisiting patio area
- Constructed a new timber deck with a gable patio roof featuring exposed trusses
- Installed services and utilities needed in preparation for an outdoor kitchen area
